I’m an illustrator and designer – with a penchant for the layman scientific and lexicography. I often explore narratives surrounding science and mythology.

I’m exploring the intersections of science communication and visual communication. How illustration is a tool for disseminating science knowledge of sustainability and climate change to young readers.

My focus is on soil science, and communicating the value of bacterial and microbial life within it, creating narratives surrounding the ritual and mythology of soil.

Soils are antibiotic factories – helped along by the leafcutter ant.
